My journey in healthcare began as an athlete who suffered from sports injuries. Curious about the neuromuscular systems and "how it all worked", I went on to study physical therapy at Utica College of Syracuse University. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in 1999. During that time, I gained valuable clinical experience and I fell in love with sports medicine, neuromuscular therapy and pediatrics.
Passionate about hands-on therapy, I went back to school for Massage Therapy at the Massage Institute of New England and was certified in 2003. I strongly believe in personal and professional development. My favorite part of working in healthcare is when I can be a resource for my clients and empower them with accurate clinical knowledge. I have just finished my studies with the National Institute for Whole Health! As a Whole Health Educator ™, I am excited to partner with clients to truly feel their very best!
When I'm not in my office I enjoy a busy household with three teenagers and my Australian Shepherds.
